Board Meetings:

Board meetings are held at the Owosso Community Airport in the Terminal Building  (205 Airport Drive, Owosso, MI  48867) on the second Thursday of the month at 6pm and follow the Rules of Organization and Procedure-2008 as approve by the Shiawassee Airport Board.  Board meetings are open to the public.

• The Operating Agreement requires four (4) members present to transact business.
• The Operating Agreement requires five (5) votes to sell or purchase real property.
